CFV: New Panama Committer: Sundar Athijegannathan

I hereby nominate Sundar Athijegannathan (sundararajan.athijegannathan at oracle.com) to Committer role in Project Panama.

Sundar was a key contributor to the Nashorn project of JDK 8 and is a key contributor (jlink, jimage) to the Jigsaw project.
He has contributed hundreds of changesets to JDK 8 and 9 across nashorn [1] and jdk [2] repositories.

Votes are due by Jun 15, 2017.
