RFR Java types for anonymous C enums are generated with invalid class names.

Ah, paperwork for a bug tracker! This is the kind of thing I was talking
about not welcoming help from people outside Oracle. Well, at least we can
post on the mailing list so I will do that. Thanks for the help!
