Interested in contributing to Panama project

My comments below are for "foreign" branch of panama project.

* You may want to start by cloning panama repo and build/test locally. 
For now, you need to be on Linux or Mac.
* You can check out samples under $panama_repo/doc/panama_foreign.md
* Once you're familiar at API usage, you can start looking at the 
implementation and/or current fixes.
(code review requests are sent in this list with "[foreign]" in the 
subject line).
* When you're ready with possible contribution, you can send an email to 
this list.
