  Oooops, I've messed up downloads somehow. Yes. it is previous build,
openjdk-13-foreign+31_windows-x64_bin.zip.

  I've tried PROPER latese build and it works.

  Sorry for noise on the list.

  Idea: put version and build of jextractor to generated files.
