FYI: panama/dev fails to verify

FWIW, I cloned a copy yesterday and am getting the integrity error from 
the linked thread:

$ hg verify

f7fb5d9b7490 not in manifests
185682 files, 57328 changesets, 493610 total revisions
1 integrity errors encountered!
(first damaged changeset appears to be 57289)
