new panama/foreign early access build available

Hi,
We made binary snapshots for the panama/foreign repository [1] available 
for download here:

https://jdk.java.net/panama/

As usual, there are builds for Linux, Mac and Windows - all 64bits. This 
build contains all the latest development around the Foreign Memory 
Access API, the Foreign Linker API as well as the jextract tool. The 
download page contains several links to useful documentation for the 
various pieces of the project, and several examples on how to use the 
jextract tool with some common native libraries.
