The two builds are very similar API-wise. The main difference is that #2 
has jextract while #1 has not. If you just want to play with the memory 
access API/linker, using 16 would be fine.

I will get the javadoc link for #2 fixed - we do have them internally, 
but they were not included in the download page - our bad.
