    I hereby nominate Nick Gasson to Panama Committer.

    Nick has contributed the initial Linux/AArch64 and Mac/AArch64 ports and 
    has helped by keeping them up to date, as well as with testing, and bug 
    fixes.

    that some contributions are to jdk/jdk, but are Panama related).

    Votes are due by 12:00 UTC on October the 28th.
