[Vector API] Why to talk about lanes, shapes and species in the API doc?

Hi,

do you think an extension of the class HighLevelIntVector (https://github.com/dlippold/java-hl-vector/blob/main/hlvector/HighLevelIntVector.java) or a variation of that could be added to the vector package? What is the official way to propose a class for inclusion into the package?
