Issue in combination with JLink/JPackage

Hi everyone,
as a workaround I have now commented out in RuntimeHelper.class under
Windows the calls to CLinker.systemLookup().
Now it works again. Thanks for all the hint.
Hopefully there will be a permanent fix for Windows and JPackage.
