[foreign-memaccess+abi] RFR: 8291639: Improve the ability to visualize a MemorySegment in human readable forms [v5]

Per Minborg has updated the pull request incrementally with three additional commits since the last revision:

 - Use Class.asSubclass instead of cast
 - Remove redundant filter
 - Simplify IAE message
