Guidance regarding reporting a bug probably related with VectorAPI

Thank you for looking into it. This is what is shown when I run the code on my machine:

The Hotspot error file can be found at the following link: https://gist.github.com/padreati/a0170291023640c013a9b9733478245bI didn't test it with other JVM versions than 21.0.1 and the Ubuntu machine that I have.
