[vectorIntrinsics] Integrated: Merge master

Merge latest master into vectorIntrinsics mainly to bring Vector API micros at par with latest FFM changes in mainline.

There were some micros which were broken and out of sync since long time, we may plan to move micros into mainline at some point in time.
