Vector-API for arbitrary types

Hello,

I guess currently it's not possible to implement something as described in
[1] to compare 16 keys in parallel for the Node16 node type.

Am I wrong or is anything planned? So, maybe with the Foreign Function and
Memory API it may be possible instead!?
