PanamaGL on Java 22

Hi,

I just finished migrating [PanamaGL](https://gitlab.com/jzy3d/panama-gl/-/merge_requests/20/diffs) to Java 22! Thank you for this final FFM API version that I found easier to read and more compact.

The PanamaGL project demonstrates how to build bindings to OpenGL using FFM API & JExtract. It allows developing applications rendering in AWT, Swing and JavaFX canvases, on macOS, Linux and Windows.

The project has demonstrations involving charts built with Jzy3D. I will soon move this in Jzy3D itself to provide a new rendering backend built with PanamaGL.
