ground rules for panama-spec-experts at openjdk.java.net

Although Project Panama does not yet have an associated JSR, this mailing list is run according to specialized JSR-like rules, allowing pure specifications to be discussed, but preventing any discussion of implementations.

Materials posted to this list are licensed for evaluation and comment only. You can post modified versions of materials found here back to the list or to other parts of the OpenJDK web site that use these same terms.

Please use the panama-dev list for all communications related to Project Panama, except those which pertain to standardization work that is agnostic of implementations.

The panama-spec-experts list carries only discussion of specifications.  Implementation code may not be discussed here.  This list is moderated to prevent inappropriate postings.
