Licence of OpenJDK Ports

Hi folks,

I am drafting an answer for this, but I need to run it by legal before 
posting.  Our general counsel  for Java is out on vacation, as of today 
until Dec 17.  I will try to get a different lawyer to take a look, but 
I can't really claim this is an urgent item, so please give me a little 
time on this one.
