No, sorry, I never done that. You might want to email the sca "owners"
listed at https://sca.dev.java.net/ to ask what has happened.

But if you need the OpenJDK Community TCK License Agreement, then you
(also) need to register through
http://openjdk.java.net/groups/conformance/JckAccess/JckAccessRequest.html
But I also have never done that, so don't have more advice than that for
you.
