Hi porters-dev, I wish you all the best, porting OpenJDK to lots of
platforms is immensely important, but I need to move on.

I believe this drops the Members of Porters Group below the three member
threshold?

I'm sifting through a bunch of historical data to generate a complete
census of all OpenJDK participants so that we can put the new Bylaws
into place.

Shall I treat your message below as a resignation from the Porters and
Quality Groups?  If so then I'll omit you from the census data.
