Unfortunately, Lemote does not appear on
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/community/oca-486395.html so if they
have submitted an OCA, it has not been processed yet. As discussed on
http://openjdk.java.net/contribute/, one should allow at least two weeks
for processing.

Since your e-mail is now more than two weeks old, my suggestion would be
to check with the submitter off-list if, when and where they have made a
submission. They can also contact me off-list, if necessary.

Until all the contributors have a processed OCA on file, it's not going
to be possible to proceed with the contribution.

Per http://openjdk.java.net/groups/#group-member

"As a rough guide, a Contributor should be regularly active in a Group
or its sponsored Projects for at least a year before being nominated to
be a Group Member."

We did a first round of new Group Member nominations earlier this year:
http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/porters-dev/2016-May/000545.html
. The next round of Group Member nominations I'd like to initiate would
be the Project Leads of the Projects sponsored by this Group that were
active during every month of last year.

Yeah, that seems like it would be a good start in the interim.
