OpenJDK 8 port for MIPS has been open sourced by Loongson

Hi Ao Qi,

great to hear from yet another port and welcome to the OpenJDK!

I don't want to be too picky, but if you port is based on OpenJDK, then it
is GPL licensed and open source by definition - that's nothing you can
decide about ;)
