CFV: New Porters Group Member: Edward Nevill

I hereby nominate Edward Nevill to Membership in the Porters Group. 

Edward Nevill has been contributing to OpenJDK since 2010, initially
with the ARM assembler port and the ARM microJIT through the IcedTea
project. Since 2013 he has been one of the major contributors to the
AArch64 OpenJDK port. In 2015 he initiated the AArch32 OpenJDK port
Project and has been Project Lead on that Project since. He is a JDK 9
and AArch64 Committer and has contributed over 220 patches to OpenJDK.

Votes are due by 5 PM CEST April 14th, 2017. Only current Members of the Porters Group [1] are eligible to vote on this nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list For Lazy Consensus voting instructions, see [2].
