Resigning from OpenJDK Mobile Project

Thank you very much for all your work on this Project as Project Lead, 
Bob, and for getting it to a point where someone else can step forward 
to take it further.

Porters, in my role as the Group Lead of the sponsoring Group of the 
Mobile Project, I'm inclined to follow along with Bob's suggestion, so I 
would like to request your feedback, if any, on nominating Johan Vos as 
the next Project Lead for the Mobile Project until Wednesday, January 24th.
