So... jdk-25+24 is supposed to have a fix. jdk-25+23 is the build before it, and it likely does not 
contain it.

Take a build from here:
   https://builds.shipilev.net/openjdk-jdk/

It has the bom-changesets file, which lists exactly what's in the build.
