Missing pase_ni_helpers.h

Hi Steve, 

this is a  file we got from IBM under closed license. ;)  I thought it's only needed for PASE/as400.
There is also a corresponding .c file.

I'll check with my colleague who did the aix port.  Unfortunately he is out of office, but 
reads his email.

hi guys -  Goetz's big patch makes reference to pase_ni_helpers.h but doesn't include it. Any chance you can share a copy?
