SAP changes to jdk for Aix

Thanks Goetz - I will get some of the team to compare your changes with what we've done to make the IBM port to AIX,. However, a wander through your changes so far suggests that you've already addressed all the same sort of issues we encountered :-)
I'm inclined to suggest that we start the AIX port by using all your changes. since, by definition, they are self constant and designed to work with hotspot. As we work through the changes in more detail ,and as we find problems in execution etc, we can offer up alternatives. Let me think on it and I'll post more tomorrow.
