hg: ppc-aix-port/jdk8: 2 new changesets

These are a couple of the very few changes need to get JDK8 to build on AIX.  Or at least get us to the point where the build starts on Hotspot.

My other changes are  hacks so  I want to productise them first.   Stay tuned...
