Sync from jdk8/jdk8 to ppc-aix-port/stage is finished

ppc-aix-port/stage and jdk8/jdk8 are in sync:

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0-ea-b99)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.0-b41, mixed mode)

It includes Goetz's fix for 8020059: The flag introduced by 8014972 is not defined
