CFV: New ppc-aix-port Committer: Albert Noll

I hereby nominate Albert Noll to ppc-aix-port Committer.

Albert will help us with running tests on our staging repository from the
Oracle side (including their closed repos) and using JPRT.

Votes are due by Fri, June 28, 2013 11:00am CEST.

Only current ppc-aix-port Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this
nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this
mailing list.
