Latest JTReg data 98.5+ % pass rate

Latest and greatest data.

These are full runs of the jtreg tests available within JDK7u.  Built and tested overnight.  
Still continue to have problems with AWT testing infrastructure  (hence the high numbers of failures for Linux X86 32 jdk tests.

So If we ignore the Linux x86_32 data as not representative of Oracles probable results and use Linux x86_64 as the reference line.

Based on passing  numbers:

Linux PPC 64  scores 99.0% against Linux x86_64
AIX   PPC  64  scores 98.5% against Linux x86_64

There are more Hotspot failures coming out of the hotspot  tesstsuite runs (looks like 5 or 6 unique problems)   

I'll post a link to the failing testcases soon.
