RFR(XS): 8027969: Adapt PPC to 8026328: Setting a breakpoint on invokedynamic crashes the JVM

It is used in the TemplateInterpreter but it was added to
AbstractInterpreter so we need to add it to CppInterprter as well
(altough we currently don't use it for the CppInterpreter).
