RFR (XL): 8023034: PPC64 (part 14): Implement AIX/PPC64 support in HotSpot makefiles

Volker,

build.sh was moved into make/ directory so you don't need special 
make/aix/build.sh

Otherwise changes looks good.

Let me sync jdk8 into ppc64/stage before we push new changes. Hotspot 
was updated in jdk8 already and it has 8014135 fix there. I am waiting 
jdk merge.
