Plans for syncing ppc-aix-port/stage with jdk8u-dev

The current plan is to do the final merge from ppc-aix-port/stage to
jdk8u-dev after I get "GO" from SQE after current testing of changes in
hs/hs-comp is done (it is still not finished :( ).
I definitely can do additional merges from jdk8u-dev into ppc/stage
before that. I will do merge this Friday when jdk8u-dev synced with
master jdk8u.
