Plans for syncing ppc-aix-port/stage with jdk8u-dev

I merged today from jdk8u-dev to ppc-aix-port/stage.

Unfortunately I was not able to merge Hotspot's closed sources
(duplicated bugid mess in 8u-dev). I tried to push individual branches
but it did not help. So from now on I can't merge into those stage repos
(unless we switch off jcheck for them which I don't want). I hope we
don't need to push into stage closed repos anything new ppc related
before the final merge. This should not affect you.

Also there is a regression merged from jdk8u-dev:
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8034840

Thanks,
Vladimir
