Yes, we need it but in an adapted form because some of the original
changes which it fixed are already in 8u (e.g. "8028293: Check local
configuration for actual ephemeral port range" and "7133499: (fc)
FileChannel.read not preempted by asynchronous close on OS X") while
others like "8032451: (dc) DatagramChannel.join should support
include-mode filtering on OS X" haven’t been downported.

I created a new BugID for it ("8035881: PPC64: Fix AIX build in
ppc-aix-port/stage after syncing 7133499 and 8028293 from jdk8u",
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8035881) and already sent out
a webrev for review.
