RFR (S): 8029941 PPC64: rollback changes in make/jprt.properties for embedded testing

Hi,

Before the merge of ppc64 port into our main sources I have to undo this 
change which simplified testing (no need for separate JPRT jobs) during 
pushes into ppc64 staging repo.

Gary Collins is working on these changes for our main sources.
