Please change ppc-aix-port/jdk8 and ppc-aix-port/stage-9 to read-only mode

Hi Iris,

if nobody minds, I'd like to suggest to switch the two repositories:

ppc-aix-port/stage-9
ppc-aix-port/jdk8

to read-only mode. 'ppc-aix-port/stage-9' is not needed anymore after
it has been merged into jdk9/dev and 'ppc-aix-port/jdk8' has been
superseded by 'ppc-aix-port/stage' where the work for the jdk8 version
of the port now happens.
