PPC64 ELF v2 ABI Specification is finally available

I'm glad to inform you that the PPC64 ELF v2 ABI documentation has been made available for the public.

Just hit
https://www-03.ibm.com/technologyconnect/tgcm/TGCMServlet.wss?alias=OpenPOWER&linkid=1n0000 and look at the bottom for "Power Architecture 64-Bit ELF V2 ABI Specification" to get the PDF.

A public IBM ID is needed to login into that page - to create one just follow the instructions at the login page.
