Status of the jdk9 regression tests on AIX

yes, I've seen such failures,
And for now I am primarily focusing on AIX 7.1 platform.
The MulticastSocket failures seem to show similar error messages, might be
caused by same issue.

I'm glad to fix some of the problems and to avoid double efforts, how about
just create bugs
for all of them in the JDK bug system and leave them as 'unassigned'
firstly ?
If one starts to work on a bug, he may just set himself as the owner.
