A last sync of stage?

Hi Vladimir,

I think it would make sense to sync stage a last time, what
do you think?  The last sync was two weeks ago.  If the date
of 21st is met, we don't need another I would guess.

Two changes were downported that require fixes in the port:

I saw 8031968 in jdk8u-dev and hs-dev.  This requires
       8035423: AIX: Fix os::get_default_process_handle() in os_aix.cpp after 8031968
8028280 so far is only in hs-dev, which requires
       8034797: AIX: Fix os::naked_short_sleep() in os_aix.cpp after 8028280
