A last sync of stage?

I backported both 8035970 and 8035396 fixes.
We have only 3 issues left, I think, before we can freeze 
ppc-aix-port/stage:

8036767 PPC64: Support for little endian execution model
8038201: Clean up misleading usage of malloc() in 
init_system_properties_values()
8038498: Fix includes and C inlining after 8035330
