RFR(M): 8069590: AIX port of "8050807: Better performing performance data handling"

Hi,

this is a port of the security fix "8050807: Better performing
performance data handling" which came from 8u31 to AIX. For some
reason this AIX-version didn't made it right right in time into 8u31
so we have to manually port it now to jdk9-dev and jdk8u-dev.

This change is AIX-only and already reviewed. I just post it here for
your convenience:
