OpenJDK 9 AOT on PPC64

Hi Gustavo,

the AOT feature requires the Graal [1,2] JIT compiler which has not
been ported to ppc64 until now. We haven't started to work on the
Graal/ppc64 port until now, but contributions are of course highly
welcome :)
