Compile JRE for PPC 32 bit

AFAIK there was never a PPC32 client/server variant for OpenJDK -
there might have been (and at least Azul has one) proprietary ppc32
hotspot out there.

Debian uses zero for PPC32, but it is not cross-compiled so I have no
idea if cross compilation would work with just the zero patches we
apply.

And 8u162 is coming to Debian/Ubuntu soon.
