Compile JRE for PPC 32 bit

Hello Anton,

Glad to hear you have a PPC 32 port of jdk8. Does it have the fix for RMI
vulnerability (https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/cve-2017-3241).
I will tell this to my manager and ask what direction he wants to go.
