New Project Lead for PowerPC/AIX Port

Hi,

Volker Simonis has resigned as lead of the PowerPC/AIX Port [1].

Under the bylaws for Project Roles [2], a new Project Lead may be
nominated by the Group Leads of the Project's sponsoring groups. The
Porters Group is sponsor of the project.  In my role as Porters Group 
Leader, I would like to nominate Martin Doerr [3] to be the new Project 
Lead.

The Porters Group is the only sponsoring group for this Project.  As I 
am the only voter in this situation, the nomination is approved.

Thanks to Volker for bringing the Project to this point, and thanks to 
Martin for coming forward to take over the role.
