MacOS X 10.7 Lion & Ubuntu 12.04 - JTReg tests failing!

I was facing test failures due to configurations - so they have come down
to zero, but not for all test components, I have still to understand for
the other test components why they are failing, there could be genuine
reasons or config.

I ran a clean test and found the numbers to come down, I'll do a clean test
run on another machine and compare.
