Quality Group Lead Resignation & Nomination

Hi Jonathan

I think that's what Rory has been leading the charge on - it's all probably
a little bit slower than we'd like - but we're hoping to hire a couple of
LJC engineers by the end of the year who'll definitely be tasked with
helping out here.
