Request to add ovirt-engine to quality outreach

Hi,

I started testing the complication of ovirt-engine[1] using jdk9 and glad
to indicate it's green.

 We regularly run CI jobs[2] which all run on jdk 8 and I'll work on
getting one for daily jdk9.
