JDK 9 build 151 test results now available

Volker,

We added Note 3 to http://download.java.net/openjdk/testresults/10/

earlier this week, we should have updated the "howto" also, will get 
that done shortly.

We are still evaluating the most suitable hotspot test group(s), bear 
with us while we get this sorted.
